What is Vixenpick.com?
Vixenpick.com is a picture rating/dating/social networking website for both guys(Hounds) and girls(Vixens) all in one site that gives away prizes to it's top rated members.
How do I sign up for the site?
There are 3 ways to get onto the site. The first way is to be referred by a current member. The second way is to get an invite card/flyer with a code on it. The third way is to register, and it will automatically put your name on a waiting list. For the third option, it should just be noted that we do not select waiting list members based on anything else than a random pick. Looks, age, race, etc., have no bearing on the speed in which a waiting list member gets in. So if you're normal like us, you need not worry.
Why do you have this sort of system for users?
We want to do our best to control the Vixenpick community to the best of our ability. Our goal is to minimize spam, junk mail, and/or malicious users.
I got a spam message in my mailbox, what do I do?
If you receive any message that you feel is in any way an advertisement or solicitation, please contact us immediately so that we can ban the user who sent it.
What is this Video Chat?
Video chat is a way for Vixenpick users to chat with each other via video messaging. It's totally free, and a great way to interact with your fellow Vixens and Hounds. Take advantage of this free feature and go on a video first date with someone that you find interesting. It's a lot safer then meeting someone in person, and your information is never displayed. And unlike a blind date, you can leave the video date whenever you want, and spare yourself the awkward silences.
Is my information private?
Yes! We do not sell your information to anyone, nor do we use your information for any personal gain.
What are the awards and prizes offered?
There are a number of awards both guys/girls can win. The ultimate award per month is the top rated vixen/hound. Anyone who wins this title goes into the running for vixen/hound of the year. Other awards for the month include a "Top 100" in which the top 100 rated get the title, but there is no distinction between 23 and 97 for example. Monthly awards also include top rated blue eyes, brown, etc./top blonde, brunette, etc./ top per age group, top per state. Anyone who wins any of the awards mentioned above automatically goes into the Vixen Hall of Fame. Also any winners of these awards gets an icon placed on their profile.
Is there a cap for how many times I can win each award?
While there is no cap for how many times you can win an award, there is a waiting period in between each win . So lets say you win top blonde for the week, you cannot be chosen for that award again for 1 year from the date of your win. However, you can still win top eye color for a week, age group, etc. Basically, if you win any award, you cannot win it again for one year. The only exception to the awards/prizes is if someone wins vixen/hound of the month. Anyone who wins this award cannot win any other award (because they have earned the highest honor given out by Vixenpick.com). They also cannot win the vixen of the month title again, but do go into the running for vixen of the year.
What prizes do winners of an award get?
Vixen/hound of the month titles get a shirt sent to them with the title on the back. They also get put into the Vixen hall of fame. For winners of any other award, you also get put into the Hall of Fame. There are shirts available for these titles, but a winner must pay for the shirt +S&H. These shirts will also have the title on the back (i.e. "Top Blonde for 01/01/2009").
What other features do I get with my free membership?
As a registered member, you get:
- To upload pictures/videos
- Rate other users and contact them at any time
- Add buddies to your friends list
- Update and modify your profile at any time, including being able to reset your score for the month.
- Contact any other member and get your own message box. Also can contract other members via video chat!
- Access to the member forum, and many other features.
Can I block a certain users?
Yes you can. On your member edit section, go down to "black list", and simply enter the persons user name. It works great for those creepy Ex's that want to stalk your page... you know who you are.
I'm having an issue with someone harassing, what can I do?
You can block the person. If you feel that the person should be banned from the site all together, please contact us immediately and tell us about the situation. We will investigate the claim and take any action necessary.
Where is the "Home" button?
There is a small home button on the top tabs, however if you click on the Vixenpick.com logo, it will act as the home button.
I want to invite a friend to the site, how do I do this?
When you log on, you will see "send referral" to the right under member features. Simply plug in their name and email, and we will take care of the rest.
Where do I change the email address used for Vixenpick?
Under control panel, under settings, you will find the change of email address.
